Earlier I watched "Insidious" with my family. Uhm, how do I say this nicely? IT SUCKED ..like a nice new vaccum! Do not waste your time on it. I really thought it was gonna be so cool! I was very very wrong. It was supposed to be scary.. but I got a good laugh outta it! I give it 1 star! It was so lame and unbelievable!

Now, if you want a nice, good scare.. watch "Haunting in Connecticut!" It is SUCH a good movie! It scared me so bad.. I had to sleep with the light on for a while.. I know, I'm a baby! But, it's true! I'd give it 5 stars!! Give it a try! :)

What do I do?

School is starting very soon.... I was excited, but now? Not so much. I just don't wanna do the work. I have been so lazy the past year, school is going to be a lot to handle. However, I don't know if I am going to go part-time or full-time yet.. I am for sure taking music theory 1, aural perception 1, and english (online). But if I decide to go full-time, I would have to add choir, private piano lessons, and another general ed. class. I really just don't know what I am going to do, and what I can handle.

Oh yeah! I guess I didn't really mention that I am going to CGCC. But you probably figured out that it wasn't highschool. Maybe not? Oh well! Now you know. Anyways.. So, my reasoning behind thinking that I can handler going full-time is that I was already going to join a choir outside of school, because I love choir. I am already taking private piano lessons, and if I take them at the college they are free if I go full-time. Finally, I would just have to take another core class. Which isn't really a big deal.

I kinda am excited for college, other than the work. Haha. I do like work though. It keeps you busy. As long as there isn't too much. Haha. Also, I love to learn. Especially about music.

Oh yeah (again)! I met with a dude that is over music at CGCC. He gave me an outline of what to take over the next 4 semesters so that I can go for the major I want and already have 64 of the credits! So, that's another reason to go full-time. I can just get done that much quicker, not that I am in a hurry.. Haha.

I would like to major in piano performance. Just so you know..

My new years resolution this year, was to try to never be bored. My reasoning behind this, is that only boring people get bored. It actually worked for a while there. If I had nothing to do, I would practice piano, clean, or dress up all crazy and do a photoshoot! Stuff like that. Well, now that summer is here.. I am almost always bored. There is never anything to do. For the past month or so, when I get bored I always want to go out and look at my new house. Just for something to do. But, I can't always do that. Unfortunately, it takes up to much gas.

Sooo. My new years resolution is failing at the moment. It's time for me to step it up! And that's what I am doing right now, by blogging. I never really wanna blog because it takes so long to upload pictures, but I decided that I would just write a lot and put few pictures. For instance, my last post. I would normally have put up like, 5 pictures of the same thing. However, I decided I could make do with one.

I know I always say this about doing things, but, I'm going to try and blog more often now. Whenever I say that, it usually fails. But I won't let it this time.. Hopefully.. Haha :)

Pink Heart

We are having a house built for us. Exciting, right?! So, we are getting our current house ready to be sold. We have to paint. A lot. We already painted my parent's room, their bathroom area, the office, the hall bathroom, and my room. We still have to paint the hallway, finish Sarah and Emma's room, Thomas' room (after the walls are finished), the laundry room, and touch ups in the family room and front room. Let me tell ya, I am sooooo sick of painting. I hate it. I never ever wanna paint after this! But, alas, I probably will. Haha.

So, a couple of weeks ago my friend, Kelcie, came over. We had nothing to do, so she said we should paint your room! And so we did. My room used to be pink. So, Kelcie came up with the brilliant idea of leaving a spot on the wall pink, in the shape of a heart. I thought that was brilliant. We then put tape on the wall in the best shape of a heart we could make. Pretty darn legit.

The next day, I took off the tape and here's what it looked like!

Pretty awesome, if I do say so myself! :)

New Headboard!!

So, I've been wanting a new headboard for quite some time, and it just so happens that my bed FINALLY broke, which resulted in me getting a new bed/headboard!! :D I had been eyeing this one for quite a while and so my parents gave the okay and I contacted the person. We went last night to get it. It was advertised for $30.. but I guess the guy just really wanted to get rid of it.. so he sold it to us for $20!!! SCORE! :D I am soooo stoked!

Spring Break :)

Ahh, spring break! Gotta love it! I didn't do much, but what I did was pretty darn fun! :)

I went to a stake dance, then ditched because it was boring, and we went and did schtuff. We went to Safeway, then we went and got DQ, afterwhich we went to walmart and ate the DQ and messed around. I swear! Walmart is like, the place to mess around! Anytime I go to the super Walmart on a weekend night, there are a bunch o' peeps there. We just went to a neighborhood Walmart though. But still! FUN! :)

I went to the snow with mah familia! 'Twas very fun! We played for a while then we went to a resteraunt to eat some foooooood! Oh my goodness! That food was so gooood! I got this burrito thinking it sounded really good. Then they brought it out and I was like, that's mine?! It was HUGE! It was so big that they have a deal that if you can eat 2 in 45mins then they pay for your meal. I mean it was big as heck! Anyways, then we went home and it was a nice drive! I fell asleep, as did almost everyone else, listening to Clyde Bawden! If you haven't listened to him, well, you really need to! His music is absolutely gorgeous and amazing and so peaceful! :)

Pi day was this week. And I don't mean pie day, I mean pi day. As in 3.14....... So, my friend and I made a yummy yummy pie. It kind of epically failed, however.. It was like soup in a pie thing.. But it was delicious! So it doesn't matter! :)

I went to the park with my friend. We were going to swing on swings, but they were all taken by darned little kids! Also, we got french fries and we threw them in the yucky water to the ducks, who ate them... bleh. After that, we went to Target. Oh, Target. I love you dearly! Target is amazing! It is also a good place to mess around, just in case you were wondering.. :)

I went to a girl's night thing, and we played Just Dance! Honestly, if you haven't played that game.. you are tottaly missing out! It is so much fun! I felt so stupid at first, but I got used to it and it was a blast! :) (All I got from this was videos.. sorry :) )

This Post is Dedicated to Kelcie Lewis

So... there's this AMAZING girl named Kelcie Lewis. I love her! She is amazing, as I have already mentioned! :) But anyways... she came over this past saturday night and we were going to have a DANCE PARTY but she was sneaky and got out of it! So, we will have to do one another time! Kelcie is my buddy. When we talk in emails, we talk like this. " 'Tis very interesting, my darling. " etc. So yeah :) It's fun......... here's some awesome possum pictures from that night! Oh yeah.. I did this just for you Kelcie.. so you better see it! :)

We discovered that her legs are whiter than mine! That is pretty amazing because I have been told that I could blind people with my legs because they are so white. Haha

Journal

I started keeping a journal recently. I really like it! I write about two pages a day, in a regular sized notebook! I think that's pretty spectacular! Well, I discovered that I really love to write! It is SO much fun! I just write about whatever is going on. It is a good way to vent too! If I am ever angry or upset, I write! I love it!

So, yesterday I decided that I want my journal to look cute! So I did some stuff and here is the before and after picture!

I plan on writing from cover to cover in this journal and do many more!

Jon Schmidt and Cavalcade :)

For part of my piano lessons, I participate in different events throughout the year. One of them is called Cavalcade. Cavalcade is where there are two people on each piano, each of the people are playing a different part, and there are lots of pianos, but it is all one song.This year my teacher was in charge of it and thought it would be cool to have Jon Schmidt come to the concert. So she contacted him and had it all arranged. He came and the night before the concert, he gave all of my piano teacher's students a private recital. Here are some of the pictures from Cavalcade practice, the private concert, and the Cavalcade performance.
